No-bake Peanut Butter Balls

  • Servings: 24
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Print

Ingredients:
– 1 3/4 cup rolled oats
– 3/4 cup peanut butter
– 1/3 cup honey (add whenever necessary just for all the pieces to come together)
– 1/3 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips

Method:
– Mix together all of the ingredients. If the mixture becomes too sticky, you can refrigerate it for two to three hours or put inside the freezer for 30 minutes till it becomes firm. If it is too dry, that it gets challenging to roll the dough into balls, add more honey.

-Form the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and plop them inside the refrigerator for an hour before feasting!

If you want the added kick, you can go all Jamba Juice-y and go for more energy by including wheat bran, hemp seeds, flax seeds, or chia seeds. (We do not have that at home…so, this’ll do!)

You can keep these sweeties for three weeks to six months if stored inside the freezer!
